Lily partners with other coaches on a regular basis. She can pull together a high impact team that has the following qualifications:
- At least 500 hours of coaching experience at mid-senior level leadership roles
- Belongs to a Coaching Association that has a strong Code of Ethics (protection for the client)
- Undergoes regular coaching supervision (participates in reflective practice with a trained professional on a regular basis to ensure quality coaching for their clients )
- Carries liability insurance
